New face of Rap/Hip-Hop Dylan Elias is the hottest rapper coming out of San Antonio. Besides the fact that he is a good friend of mines, this dude really has talent. He is original and unlike any other artist you heard. He makes his beats, he writes his own music, he's just plain incredible.
